Klara Melli

Klara Melli, MPT is a licensed physical therapist with a unique background in complementary and holistic therapies. With a compassionate, patient-centered approach, she combines evidence-based physical therapy with mindfulness, movement, and wellness practices to help individuals achieve lasting health and improved quality of life. Her passion lies in integrating the principles of Western medicine with Eastern healing traditions to treat not only pain and physical impairments, but the whole person.

Klara’s journey into healthcare began at a young age through her own experience with chronic pain and anxiety. Discovering yoga and shiatsu at the age of 15 profoundly changed her understanding of healing and the body’s ability to recover. This experience shaped the philosophy that continues to guide her practice today: helping patients better understand their bodies, recognize the connection between physical and emotional well-being, and move toward healthier, more balanced lives.

She earned her yoga teacher certification in Europe, where she also studied physical therapy and the art of shiatsu. Since 2005, Klara has remained dedicated to continuous learning, teaching, and clinical practice. After completing her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy at Charles University, she relocated to the United States and continued her postgraduate education at A.T. Still University. She is currently licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of New Jersey.

Klara’s PT sessions are state of the art. The way she tailors evidence-based physical therapy program with hints of ancient teachings for your special individual needs is a joy to experience.”
