One-on-one care ensures that each of our patients receives the attention they deserve at a location convenient for them. An individualized treatment plan is created for each patient based on a thorough evaluation by the physical therapist. Areas of need are assessed and the individual's goals are used to create a specific plan of care for each patient.
INSURANCE
We accept Medicare patients.
As a licensed physical therapy practice we can provide you with a super bill for our services that can be submitted to your insurance company and your claim can possibly be eligible to be applied towards your deductible.
